How We Collect Data

When you call us, fill out a website form, email us, or book a travel program with us, all the data relevant to your query or travel program (or potential travel program) is collected securely in our internal database. This information is stored securely by us internally and is not stored on our website. However from time to time we utilise an email sending service provider to send out relevant communication/emails. The target list for this communication sent by us is chosen carefully and this information is not shared or provided to any other additional third party. When you send us an inquiry through our website inquiry form or send us an email directly you will be prompted to agree to our privacy policy and ensure you tick a check box which signifies your agreement to receive further communication from us. Only then will we collect your data and if you do not agree your data will not be collected.

Personal data collected through any of the sources mentioned above will usually include your name, email address, phone, country and any other information you choose to provide to us at this stage. 

What Your Data is Used for

Your personal data is used to fulfill our obligations to you, which include:

When you send us your content and images after returning from your tour, you are giving us permission to upload them onto the blog section of our website. We may also ask you if we can use your images for marketing purposes (throughout the website, as well as on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). We will always credit and tag these where relevant. The blog will include your name, photos and the content you have written for the blog. If you do not want your actual name to be shown, please just let us know and we can remove it. We will only use content you send us voluntarily with your permission.

Who Can Access Your Data

We will never sell or rent your data to third parties, only sharing information when it is required to fulfill our obligation to you. Data submitted through our forms is accessible only by us. We do not pass it on to any third parties. We post testimonials to our website periodically. There is no way of identifying you from the data we publish on testimonials on the website.
